when will tx5 aquactnics fixtures be in stock

i placed an order friday evening was wondering when i could expect to get 48" tx5 fixture and bulbs. I heard light is backordered and was wondering if i still will get bulbs and then light later or wait till whole order is in stock.

They should be here, hopefully, by the end of the month. We are sorry about the delay. It is just taking Aquatinics a little longer to get all the hoods put together.

seems like i heard this before, oh yeah last month they said at the end of the month:confused:

Sorry for the delay. We are unpacking our crate of lights today. We want to make sure they are all ok before reshiping them. So we will start shipping them tomorrow. We just didn't want to rush them out without checking.

i just called to substitute ati blue plus since i got a message there out and switch with giesmann bulb not sure if guy on phone got right bulb but wanted to make sure it was equivalent in color to ati blue plus bulb. Can someone double check my order to make sure im getting actnic bulbs

Hi Darrick,

Yes, we got you changed to a Giesseman Actinic Plus. So you have your ATI special, which is a 12K, white with some blue, and a Giesseman Actinic Plus which is all blue. It's more of a what I call a "fake blue", like the powercompact 7100K blues. It's not a true actinic, gives a bright blue color. Josh has mentioned that you didn't want anything purple, like the true actinic correct? If so, looks like your selection is correct.

fixture showed up in one piece but one of the geisemann actnic plus bulbs won't fire i even switched bulbs around to make sure it wasn't fixture but it is the bulb. sent a pm to jason and michelle
