2 questions about my rbta

first is 10 hours of 175 mh to long for it every night 1 hour before the lights go off it shrinks
second do blennys pose any threat to the rbta or the clowns that are hosting i could find any info about blennys
the reason i ask is that my blenny is always close and fighting with my clowns this just started today

it might be expelling the "stale" water inside it...and no blennies dont usually pose a threat to BTAs or Clowns

I don't think that will be too much light eventually. It might be more light that it has been given lately, and it could be adjusting. The blenny does not pose a problem. Along with the lighting, keep an eye on temp swings in a 24 hour period, and your parameters in general. My rbta is one of the first things to be effected if anything is out of whack.

yeah i never had a problem with by blenny before but him and the clowns were really going at it but they are fine for now and i hope it stays that way
i never heard of blennys as a problem before i saw this happem in my tank
i only had the rbta a week so i am sure it needs more time to adjust
i just got home from work and it looks great
