Choice of lighting for 75g refugium.

Hello,

I have my previous reef tank currently set up as a refugium.
It is 18" tall and I am wondering what will be the better choice for lights.
Currently for lack of a better setup I have 2x250MH on it.

Now I am thinking about replacing it with a fixture with 4x40w T8's.
Or two clusters of 6 or 9 floodlight bulbs each bulb using around 8w I think but with a much higher effect than the T8's while both are cheaper to run than the MH.

Any recommendations about what will be the better route?

I would say it depends on what you are keeping in it? I would think the t-8 setup would be fine.
