that would be an aiptasia anemone. it's bad for your system. they multiply rapidly, and have strong stings.

That is what I thought. What is the best way to kill it ?

most people use joes juice and put in a few peppermint shrimp in the tank make sure they are not camel shrimp cause they look alike
some fish will eat but most of the fish aren't reef safe

Looks like a corkscrew anemone, a relative of aiptasia. Not as prolific, but still spread fairly rapidly. You can inject them with kalk paste, lemon juice or Joe's juice. You can take the rock out and scrape it off, but it might come back. Better off getting rid of it now before they become problematic. That caulerpa is going to be a potential problem as well. Make sure you trim it often. Is that TBS rock?

Yes it is TBS only in the tank 5 days

a while back someone mentioned that they had success getting rid of their aipiasia using lemon juice and injecting it into it. since the lemon juice is natural it will have a minimum negitive effect on your system.

That is what I will try (lemon juice)

I will post the results.

I use pickling lime past, works nice.
