Need help understanding firmware update

I'm not much of a computer person :(

I'm trying to update a new ACJR that I bought from the 3.2 to the 3.3 firmware but can't get past step 4 on the read me instructions.

When I go into the run command to type "jrupdate aquajrser.enc -COM1" that's when it cannot find the directory or something to that effect.

Maybe I am reading the instructions wrong, can someone possibly post some steps for me?

two things to check...go to device manager and see what port is actually being used...mine is "Com5" not Com1...

the other is that you need to make sure that your 3 files (read me, jrupdate.exe and aquajrser.enc are not in another folder under the C:AquaJr folder...if those files are in another folder the cmd wont find them...

In the command shell do a dir, and confirm that the files required files glalderman mentions are present.
