GFO before or after skimmer?

should i have my GFO reactor before or after my skimmer in my sump?

i have the input after the skimmer and the output before the skimmer. this is so i get "cleaner" water into the reactor.

GFO doesnt need to be cloged up with peices of fish food and stuff does it?:D
