so i have a 120rr tank with dual overflows in the back of the tank. as a return i have a mag 18 , so each side of the return is prob around 700gph or so(not really sure). But i need suggestions on how i should go about additional flow. My tank will be mainly SPS dominent. There are so many wavemakers/pumps to choose from i am looking for any help. Also i am trying to keep cost in mind so nothing too ridiculous like a $700 tunze setup.
thanks

You can get a good idea about what your Mag 18 is doing with the head calculator on the RC homepage.
An alternative to powerhead setups like Tunze and VorTech could be a closed loop. Each just have pros and cons, so which ever fits you better.

2 MJ1200's each running with one of these.

the mjmods are better and cheaper, especially if you dont' have to buy the maxijets.
