Ati bm200 micro bubbles

Hello,
I just started my tank and have almost no bioload right now. I am trying to dial everything in though before I get the rock in there.

The problem is that the skimmer is sending out micro bubbles. Has anyone had this problem or heard of what might cause such a thing?

I have it's smaller brother, BM160 and no problems. What waterlevel do you have it set at. Also, wondering if the microbubbles will disappear as the slight coat builds within the skimmer?
