HELP!! from the experts PLEASE!! What is this???

So I first noticed my royal gramma scratching on the rocks - upon closer inspection it appeared to be ich. Matbe 15-25 little white spots. Upon further inspection of the tank and it's inhabitants 2 yellow neon gobies with the same, and my red headed goby. But then I saw my green banded gobies and they seemed to look the worse - the ich just seemed further along - many more white spots and they seemed bigger or "thicker" if you will. I really don't have the means to set up a qt tank at this time. So I began dosing kick-ich and within 24 hours or so the royal gramma stopped scratching and the spots began to go away on the red head and the neons. I kept feeding mysis with several drops of vita-chem ( idea of fat and healthy ). They all kept eating. But by day 5 of dosing with kick ich I noticed the green bandeds looked the same, or worse. The white spots are much thicker than I have ever seen before. their breathing does not seem labored and they are eating - not as much as before but they still eat. I am just about convinced that what they have is not ich.

Here are couple photos of the green bandeds and the red head. the red head looks like ich to me and again is doing better. It's the green bandeds I am concerned about.

I hope someone will be able to help me with these little guys.

Please read some of the above sticky posts - Ich has a life cycle and will "appear" to get better within 24 hours or so but will come back up to 100x worse in the next cycle. Kich-ich has NOT been proven to cure Ich in any scientific study that I am aware of. I wound up killing all but one of my fish by not agressively fighting to cure my tank of ich. I have since cured my tank and my remaining fish and will not trust anything other than hyposalinity or copper treatments until I read something new with solid research. Good luck.
