Okay this may be a dumb question... but anyways do anenomes poop? I have a bubble tip brown/green anenome, and I fed it shrimp on Monday and today there is what seems to be little poops by its mouth. There are no fish in the tank, just a snail, sand sifting starfish and lettuce nudibranch. Is this normal? And how do I get it out I dont want to aggrivate my anenome?

when an anemone "poops," it looks like it is throwing up. It doesn't look like actual turds at all.

i believe "throw up" would be the wrong term to use when you throw up it basicly looks the same as when it went in, thats were the problem lies anemones, like reptiles, if their poo looks the same as what they have eaten means they are not digesting/using that food item. so its either to big to get broken down or they just cant use it.

anemone poo usually looks like a nasty mucusy ball, which hermit crabs and some shrimp love to eat.

P.S. you should have enough flow to carry the "poop" away
