MY BTA got sucked intoa powerhead and chummed while i was at work. The water is all cloudy. I did a huge water change got as many pieces of him that i could find out of the tank. What other actions should i take?

carbon and aggressive skimming if possible

and continue to test your water daily (nitrogen cycle, ammonia, nitrites, trates), if not twice daily and keep salt water ready and on hand to continue with large changes as needed.

I would also use a filter sock if you arent already

Aggressive skimming=wet skimming. Run the skimmer to produce a wet foam (more water than foam).
