What is the most efficient way to "feed" water to the calc reactor from my sump?

from your return line, or a feed pump, a maxi jet?

Yes, all of these will work. If you T off of a return line be sure to use a gate valve to adjust the flow into the reactor. If it's a internal Ca reactor (like an H&S) then there is no need for an additional pump. The Ca pump is included with the Ca reactor.
