getting a PBT to eat nori

I have had my powder brown tang now for about 3 months. She is as healthy and happy as can be (along with all my other fish). The thing is she never touches dried sea weed that I put in the tank. She is (as well as my pair of clowns) eats like a horse when it comes to my defrosted brine/mysis/garlic food mixture. The thing is, she eats (cleans off most of) the algae of of the rocks and sides of the tank, but she just won't touch her dried seaweed!

Has anyone out there had a similar problem and has fixed it or in general; does anyone have an answer to my question?

My Kole Tang wouldn't eat nori until I rubber banded it to a piece of rubble. Now it eats off a clip.
