I have these all over in my 12g. They must be some sort of pest? maybe some kind of anenome? There are two in the picture on the bottom either side of the watchman.

I had one of those in my 37 for months. It never did anything but grow. I never asked to ID it since it wasn't bothering anything.

Full tank is right! That is why I am putting up a 220.
I thought flower anenome get bigger, these never seem to get any bigger.

rock anemone is the same thing i think
