Looking for ID, Please help me

I want to find chaeto in Taiwan , but it seems impossible.
But I found one algae from other hobbyist,
which looks similar to chaeto,

Is it good for refugium?

Another thing is I use Bio-plankton(dead phytoplankton)
to culture pods,Is it a good method to culture pods?

Pic was blocked. Pods in a tank with LR dont need micro plankton.They survive on uneaten food from fish and waste and any other thing they can find.

Are you culturing pods in an external tank? Depending on the species of phyto, copepods may not be able to extract nutrition from them.

Within a working reef tank, there is plenty of microalgae to go around (even when you can't see it), and I would not dose a dead phyto product into a tank. These products are often called 'Pollution in a bottle." Live phyto is another story.
