Hello,

I have a biocube 14 and I just won this Tunze Osmolator. Was wondering if anyone has a picture of how they have theirs connected to their biocube or any links to instructions on how to mount it to a biocube? I already have a Tunze 9002 in the middle chamber.

Thanks.

I would just mount one sensor on each rail and secure them to the back of the tank.

Yeah I ended up doing this. The problem is the last chamber above the return pump. Which means it will be a huge pain to clean the pump every few months. The other drawback to this is that the clamps do not hug the lip to well. It is a weird lip. Have you ever seen the lip in the back chambers of one of these tanks?

Thanks.

I have but I cannot recall exactly what they look like. Do you have a pic?

P.S.

How do you like the new Flash Gordon???

I think it is okay but could be better.

I'm sticking with it though.

Honestly, I thought it was kind of lame, they are trying to make it serious when it should be cheesy.

I see what you mean but honestly it looks to be installed very well, short of cutting the trim a bit or making your own bracket I think that is as good as it gets.

I agree I think the show isn't cheesy enough either! That is exactly what I liked about the movie.

The only problem with the installation is that it is going to make it very difficult to clean the pump which I have to do every 1-2 months otherwise detritus builds up so much that the flow drops down to almost nothing.
