I'm automating dosing B-Ionic 2 part with two 5 gallon auto top off containers. Since the alkalinity part raises Ph, should I have one pump just top off with the calcium part during the day and top off with the alkalinity part at night. Is it better to alternate equally between calcium and alkalinity both day and night? Top off would occur about once an hour during the day and every few hours at night.

If the pH is dropping too low at night or rising too high in the day, then dosing the alkalinity at night is probably a good idea. Otherwise, dosing both at the same time should be okay.
