If you have a GDA or any nice pics of any post them here!

Here's a crappy pic my elusive GDA (Golden Dwarf/Pygmy Angelfish:::Centropyge aurantius:::).

The shyest fish I have ever encountered, but also one of the most beautiful. He never strays far from the LR and spends most of the day in the shadows.

Fat as a pregnant cow but I don't know what the hell it eats! Most of my rock is so covered with coraline so I barley have any natural algae. I offer seaweed strips on clips but never so it go for it. (maybe when the lights are off?) What's it eating? I swear it eats the rock lol.

Hope the pics works it's my first one.

I am suprised that you got a pic. I had one for many months and I never saw it long enough to get a pic. Nice fish.

here is my golden angelfish named Parango... he's been with me for 19 months now... it took about a year for him to take prepared foods...

I've wanted one of these fish for a long time. I even tried one once but it died in QT. What other fish are you keeping with it? I have a feeling they will be shy no matter what fish are in the tank.

hi, yes, the fish is shy no matter what other fishes are in the tank... the golden angelfish is with a pair of perculas, McCosker's wrasse, and a hi-fin goby... the fish spends most of it's time swimming around behind the rock work peeking out from time to time... in contrast, the African flameback that i have in another tank is out in the open constantly...

unless the fish you buy is eating prepared foods, i don't think these fishes will survive through quarantine... as i said in my previous post, it took my fish over a year before it started eating prepared foods... before that, it lived off from the stuff it found inside the tank...
