hey everyone....has anyone ever had any luck with a flowerpot corals? id buy one and it will do good for 4-5 months then will close up and die. all my other corals are doing fine.

my other soft corals are spreading all over my tank and thats my second flowerpot that died on me.

They like daily feeding. And if you can target feed brine they would be happier then DT. Also turn skimmer off a few hours after feeding just in case you didnt know.

xenia, mushrooms, kenya tree corals...i turn off my skimmer after i feed for about 2 days..hmm ill give the brine shrimp a try..thanks

I would add DT 4 or 5 times and target feed via turkey baster atleast 1 time weekly. You will see them grab and close with the brine and then you know. If brine to big cyclops is great also.Also medium flow and high light. 2 days on skimmer to much. 2 or 3 hours. GL
