Which LPS corals should not be dipped in TMPCC?

I find that the chalices can't be dipped in TMPCC for more than 5 minutes and not like the 20 minute dips that the SPS can take. I burned 2 chalices by dipping them too long.

TMPCC is lugols basically for those asking about lugols.

I disagree with the statement made about chalices. Not saying this didn't happen to you as it could, but it didnt happen to my chalice frags a I got a few months back.

I dip in a much stonger solution than recommended on the bottle of TMPCC. It's pretty much a coffee brown dip, so that could be part of the reason as well. This has also happend to friends that run a LFS.

i dont know but i only dip mines for maybe 5 to 7 minutes max and it see to work pretty well. when i have chalice that start to recede for no reason i start dipping and the receding stop and new growth show up in a few weeks.
