green cartridge

umm the cartridge in the middle is turning green, is it suppose to do that? i have the premium series ro/di from you guys. also, the DI is turning orange.

Sounds like the middle cartridge has biological growth on it and should be changed. Sanitize the system before you install new filters to knock out that growth. Email us at Sales@BuckeyeFieldSupply.com and we'll send you a pdf set of instructions.

When the DI changes color that's an indication the resin needs to be changed or will soon need to be changed.

Test the tap water, RO water, and DI water with your DI meter and let me know what you see.

hi, i sitll dont have a tds meter so i cant tell you that. but i emailed you about the sanitizing thing. i also bought new filters and a tds meter. thanks!
