I have these bugs all over my live rock. They are opaque and look like fleas? Does anyone have a clue what this is?

They probably are call copepods. They are a good thing for your system. Certain fish love to eat them.

Sounds like pods to me too. I have the same thing in my tank - they are white, gray, and brown.

If you really want to see how large the populition is try a flashlight after the light are out for an hour or 2.

If they look a lot like fleas, they are probably amphipods.
