My brother and I have been shopping at that fish place ever since we got into the hobby nearly two years ago. Between the two of us, we've easily spent thousands of dollars there, more then any other store by far. Recently my brother and I were at TPP on Friday the 2nd of Nov. It was the last day of the weekly sale. We spent a couple hours in there contemplating what we were going to get. There was a nice passer angel that was on sale from 169.99 to 127.49. This fish is both my brothers and mine as well favorite fish of the ocean. There was no hesitant in paying that (127.49) for that fish from a reputable dealer such as yourselves since we've been shopping there for almost two years. When we got the beauty bagged up and at the register, your credit card machine did not read his card. It was almost closing time and we had other matters to attend to, therefore we couldn't stay and resolve the problem. I felt horrible for the poor fish, probably stressed.
After all that was said and done, my brother called his credit card company. To our surprise, there was nothing wrong, everything was working smoothly. He's even used it several times since them, not a single problem. We just called today to explain the situation, since it was your credit card machine that was the cause of the problem, we would like to come up again this weekend to get the passer at the same sale price (keep in mind we live an hour and a half away). They reluctantly said no, they can't offer the sale price. This passer needs a well deserving home, after all it is the king angel of the ocean. He will be going on a 180 FOWLR and soon upgraded to a 265g more then likely bought from TPP. We all know how this hobby can make someone broke, and you were obviously willing to take 127.49 for it before, why not again from one fellow hobbyist to another, whom will give it a better home and already purchased this fish if your credit card machine wouldn't have failed.
