Good Day, Dave here.
If we want to rejuvenate this club, one of the keys to that will be an active core. The club is registered as a non profit corporation and as such is subject to certain statutes. We have a board of directors and we also must have officers. The officer positions are Treasurer, Vice President, Secretary and President. Currently, I am the President and Bob Minott from Crawfordville is the Treasurer. We are also Board Members. I am willing to stand again for the position of President, but if someone with more energy and time wants to step up I would be happy to step aside. I will also continue as a board member.
So if you are willing to consider a position, Please respond. I would like to see new elections in January.
