I have used one of these for several years. I replaced the probe about a year ago. I've never had any issues with it. This morning it is showing "-1" on the lcd display. Does anyone know what this means? I changed the battery, and cleaned the probe, but it still is showing "-1". There is nothing in my instruction sheet that sheds any light on this. Anyone know?
