stored salt water

I have thirty gallons of mixed salt water stored in a rubbermaid brute for about 5 weeks. I have periodically been running an air stone and a power head in the container. Does salt water go bad in any way? Just wondering if I should mix up a new batch for tomorrows water change.

I always have saltwater mixing like that. Just run some tests on it (I'd at least run ammonia and pH, but the more the better). Should be fine, but you may want to put a powerhead in it for 12-24 hours before using it.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have used saltwater after 4-5 weeks with no problems.
