So i just got a new torch coral that has about 5 heads on it and one of the mouths of the coral appears to have like a white worm in it that comes in and out and if i try to grab it , it closes up ..... anyone have any clue what this is .. good/bad? ... sorry no camera for a pic

The only thing that I can think of that it sounds like it possibly the mesenterial filaments of the coral (the corals guts) extruding through the mouth.

nah thats not it ... i did a little research and found some other things on the web about it ... i guess its quite common and its a barnacle that bores into the coral ... so im trying to think of a way to get it out

I had one on my Torch but I just left it. It never bothered the coral.
