Sorry, my fault: ID this feather duster by Latin, or scientific name :p
Operculum shape is visible on the photo.

Family Serpulidae, possibly genus Hydroides - that two-tiered operculum cone is typical for the genus. I'd need a much better shot of the operculum & knowledge of where the rock came from in order to try to do a species id.
