What is you ph and kh at?
If your kh is fine I wouldn't worry about ph.
You may have a co2 problem. Try ventilating the room.
+1 on CO2 -- Definitely test to see if the issue is CO2. Sometimes just creating additional surface agitation and making sure you don't have air being sucked into your powerheads/submersible pumps can help.

That's low but not necessarily bad...when is that reading taken? Your pH will be lower in the morning or night. Do a test during the last hour of the strongest period of lighting and see what it is.
