I'll wait until the tank is cycled... once your ammonia and nitrites are 0 add some cleaning crew if you want to...

its been cycling for a week and it haqs 10 kg live rock

You are a little lacking in the live rock department---25 lbs or 10kg is not enough to support that tank---closer to 100 lbs is likely needed.
I waited four weeks before adding a clean up crew and six weeks for my first fish.

I waited until my cycle was over, and added my cuc during the diatom bloom.
