Hi,

Do you know if one of these guys will become available soon at the Diver's Den?

Thanks,

Capt. Nemo,

Thank you for your patience. We do have a female (white) Golden Puffer in quarantine that we hope to offer on our Divers Den website next week. We do not have any male (gold) Golden Puffers at this time. However, we hope to have a male coming in and available in 3-4 weeks.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks Ginger! Would you happen to know what size the female (white) Golden Puffer is? Didnt realize that this puffer comes in white. Sounds cool. Do you know what size the male (gold) Golden Puffer may be? Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

Capt. Nemo,

The female we have is 6-6.5”. We will not know the size the male until he gets here. Have a great Holiday weekend!

Capt. Nemo,

We would like to clarify the coloration of the white female Golden Puffer. The fish we currently have in quarantine is blue with white spots. Please click the link below to view a picture of the species on our Live Aquaria site.

Hi Tina,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm afraid that both of these will be too large for my current setup. How is the Yellow Throat Dogface puffer that you have at Diver's Den doing? He's been available at DD for quite a while. This specimen may be a better fit for my setup. Does he/she have alot of personality? That's what makes purchasing this type of fish online a little tricky since you dont get any personal interaction with the fish and each has its own unique personality and even more so with a puffer. Thanks for any info you can pass on to me.

Capt. Nemo,

The Arothron nigropunctatus in our Diver’s Den section is very interested in anyone who comes within its range of vision. It is friendly and can easily be trained to eat out of your hand.

Capt. Nemo,

Thank you for your continued interest in our Diver's Den Puffer fish. We are sorry to hear you missed the one you had decided on! At this time we do not have the Yellow Throat Dog Face puffer at our facility, nor do we know when we may have one coming in.

Thank you for using our convenient Diver's Den Alert emails to watch for specimens you are interested in!
