If you are going to keep SPS and such, go with the 250's. Most other things will do fine under the 150's. Take your time at making your choice though; I bought the 150's and am now in the process of modding to install 250's at significant cost.

If you go with the 250w version be prepared for a water temp increase, I have a 72" version with 3 250w and it raised the tank temp 3 degrees above the normal tank temp. I needed to get a chiller to keep the temp between 78.5 - 79.5. as apposed to tank temps rising above 83.5.

I have several sps corals and all are very happy with the light, full polyp extension and good growth, all are located about mid height.

Also had 2 of the 420n T5's burn out at 5 months and one MH bulb flicker after 5 months and needed to be replaced. Warranty for bulbs is 3 months so I had to eat the cost of replacing the bulbs. Ballasts have a 1 year warranty.

Good luck with your decision.

Get the 250's. I have the 150's over my 55. Well let me rephrase. I would use the 250's on anything taller than my tank, which is 18 inches high I believe.

I love the outer orbits 150 watt hanging pendents with the moon lights. The moon lights are White sadly =(, but they get the job done.

Yeah, with the depth of the 110g I would opt with the 250s.
