lumanarc reflectors

I have two lumanare reflector and I am going to run two
xm 250 watt se bulb what ballast does everyone
recommend.

Use the one that is appropriate for 250w bulbs, i.e. the one that will power those 250 watters. I personally always used PFO's HQI ballst, it pushes any bulb that is 250w. Having said that, IceCap's electronic ballasts also exellent choice.
