Need some electrical advise

Ok I am not liking how my electrical situation is starting to look. I tried really hard during the setup of my new tank to keep all the cords halfway decent but now it looks like a crows nest. What are some pointers some more experienced hobbyist have in this situation? Please I'm open to anything.

Zip ties for cables, DJ Power strip, Cutting of the excess cable and adding your own plugs from home depot at the ends
