I took it apart to clean twice in the last week, seems to start when i plug it back in, but stops again within 24 hours.

There is no calcium build up, i cleaned both the driver & housing quite well. Please advise on what i should do.

Thanks,

Jeff

Is it a 6100 or 6101. A 6101 has no alarm, in case of any problem it shuts off until manually reset by disconnecting and reconnecting power. Usually this problem would be related to the upper bearing, part 3000.61, usually it is stuck to the magnet or coated in calcium so the magnet cannot spin freely on it and that would cause this problem.

Hi Roger,
I have cleaned the impeller, the washer, the plastic bearing and the inside of the pump several times. it still doesn't start up. Can you suggest any thing else?

Thanks,

Jeff
