it looks like a sea cucumber

That looks to be a sacoglossan sea slug, maybe an Elysia species with the parapodia rolled up, or it may be an Oxynoe species. It shouldn't be a problem in your tank.

Thank you thats what I thought it was should I leave it in my refugium or move it to the reef tank were the refugium is???

You might want to leave it in the refugium, simply because it would probably get eaten by something in the main tank, or at least chewed up and killed.

Not to mention it's an obligate feeder on the Caulerpa. Unless you have more Caulerpa in the main tank it will starve there.
