Do you turn off the skimmer when you dose?

I don't use elos brand, but I do turn off skimmer when dosing aa's. Not when dosing bacs though - just the aa's & i have ac3 feed program set to turn skimmer off for 6 hours.

most either turn off the return pump or turn off the skimmer.
