From the "up-his-nose view," it could be several different species. The most likely ID is probably Pardalina testudinaria, although there are a couple of other columbellids that may be similar. Juvenile Conus marmoreus and Conus bandanus look almost exactly like that too (from the anterior view), but I doubt you have a molluscivorous cone snail in your tank. If it's a columbellid, it's probably considered to be reef safe, and if it did happen to be a cone snail, it would primarily feed on other cone snails which you probably don't have in your tank.
