Hi, I was going to buy this as well as some other frozen foods, but I noticed when you add it to your cart, it also charges $9.99 in addition to the $19.99 for frozen foods. The same thing happens with Ocean Nutrition Cyclops Frozen Food. Is this a glitch or is there reasoning behind it?
