Can not control my 4 power bar.

I bought a Profilux II system a few weeks ago and finally got it installed this week. I immediately upgraded to the beta software just to be able to better control my Tunze 6055s. Temp, PH and the digital 6 bar also work great. Only question I have is with my 4 socket bar. I am unable to control S1, and S2. Socket 9 is always on, and 10 is always off. I tested via my laptop serial control with the latest 3.062 beta controller. Disconnected it, reconnected it, rebooted the profilux, tried it plugged into S1-S4 on the controller, and still cannot control those two outlets. I also opened it to see if the fuses were still functional. These test were done with no load only a circuit tester plugged into the questionable outlets. Bad bar?

On higher note love the system, and hope to order the flash bar, L5-6 upgrade, and the WLan upgrade.

NOT a bad bar just a miss understanding of how to assign the sockets

This is covered in the manual.

The digital socket goes into S1-4 and the analogue goes into S5-8

Your numbering will be as follows

Digital bar will start from S5 and go through to S10

Analogue bar will be S11 onwards

S1-4 become redundant and are not assigned when you have a mix of analogue and digital bars
