I was going to do a build thread but GF deleted pics oof camera.

Here are pics of my setup. It has been up and running for about 2 months. I got the stank used for 80 bucks complete with submersible heater. I seeded the tak with LR and sand from my main tank. Other than a bad outbreak of red slime algae everything has been going pretty good. I got that under control and the tank looks pretty good.

There are currently no fish in the tank but I am planning on putting something in there, I just have not decided exactly what I want to put in it. I initially had plans for putting in a pair of black clowns by the went into the 65 and GF does not want them out. (The tank is in the baby's room).

It is a stock setup. Plans include a refugium mod, and possible light upgrade. I have a 65 gallon putting out 14K and I like that look, so a upgrade in the lighting is going to have to happen with the BC.

Are there any other Mods that can be suggested? Here are current pics:

Looking good. Really well laided out for being one of the much smaller AIO's.

3Fins, they are Zoas. Not sure of the color variety, but they do stretch. I am going to try and get a better shot of them not reaching so much. Maybe after I do the MH mod, they will not reach as much.

Reefman13, thanks.

I took my time with setting it up and have a bit more to add for color. I might a couple of shrimp and possibly a clownfish, wrasse or goby later.

Most of what is in there came from out of my 65.

Thanks. It is still a work in progress. I just bought a BC protein skimmer but the packaging says it is for the 12 and 29 gallon units. I am going to see if I can get it work with the BC 8.

I will post my findings.

I would check http://www.nanotuners.com/. They should have it. Other wise look for the NanoCube 6 gallon model.
