So my aunt bought me a bag of sand to help me out for my birthday. I wont be setting my new tank up for a bout a month and was wondering if I should rise some of this sand and place it in my tank somewhere in a container off of the black sand, to "seed" it? Would having it in the tank for a month even do any good? Sorry for the long sentence.
