I'd like to place a 4 socket powerbar in a location about 35 ft ( 10 meters) away from the controller.

Should there be any problem controlling this strip?

I spoke to a French-accented guy from Aqua Digital and he told me he would ask the manufacturer this question. I tried a 25-ft 6-wire cable from Radio Shack and no dice. Is there a long cable available from Profilux?

so since a 25ft long cord won't work according to remember.... any suggestions on a 35ft run?

10m are no problem.

Important: The extension cable must be 1:1, no crossover!

Richard, I can confirm that 2 x 25' lines coupled together will work. I had to run an extension from my laundry room where the dosing pump is to my tank, more than 25' away. I just used a standard coupler (6 pin - 6 pin) and it worked like a charm.

Excellent news Chris, thanks. I may no longer need to place an entire 4 socket bar at a distance. I may be able to accomplish what I wanted with a dual digital timer/outlet setup. But if I cannot find such a contraption I will just put a powerbar in its' place.
