I seen this tiny little guy and was a bit pricy at $40, but I decided to forget the flame angel I always wanted and think about this one. Are they more of a picker than any other small angel?

actually the flame angel is less likely to pick than the cherub. that said any fish of the species centropyge that is available in the hobby can nip so crossing your fingers is good. if you have a mature tank with larger corals you can get away with it.

tank has been up for about a year. This would be my last fish, but the cherub has a smaller maximum size, so that was also a factor since I already have:
2 b&w ocellaris
2 firefish(purple and red)
six line wrasse
2 citron gobies

all in a 40 gallon, so space is limited, already.

for that size tank i would not recommend a pygmy angel. aggression and stress is likely
