slight cloudiness

So i get home this afternoon and my water is just a touch cloudy, I have not added anything lately except an ATO... water from the top off container looks crystal clear...

Alk has crept up a bit, i dose bionic, ima stop dosing alk for a few days and retest.

The skimmer is not going nuts, i just added a TLF phosban with carbon this afternoon.

I did not test ph but i presume it is around 8.3-8.4 as this is where it has always been.

Fish and coral all look fine, im just not sure I care for the cloudiness. Any thought are appreciated.

Could it just be my lights? they are only 4-5 mo old. the Actinics(T5) do run about 13hrs a day. In the basement the water doesnt look as cloudy. Maybe i will shut the actinics off when the MH comes on today.
