ASM Mini-G Skimmer Problem

Hello, I purchased a Mini-G back about a month or so ago and it keeps shutting off and then turning back on? I have never seen a problem like this with any other skimmer and I would like to know If I can get this one replaced? I have cleaned it and like I said its been going for only about a month and shouldnt be doing this. Just shot me a PM. I will post and update everyone. Thanks
