How do you guys get rid of the green algae that forms on the glass...the kind that my magfloat cannot get rid of. It's mainly on the curves, but I can't get that off with a razor because of the curve...Is there a special tool that will work? Should I buy the nano magfloat?

Do you have a bow front , if you do then placing the razor veritical works. If you have more of a fishbowl shape then I would take some of the filter floss material and scrub away...

I find the magnet takes most of it off as I go arond with it.
What I can't get come off with an algae pad.

For bow glass you can get a magnet cleaner for one thickness larger and inside use a thicker white fiber pad. 1/2" to 3/4" thick, the pad will take the curvature of the glass. If you cut the pad larger than the magnet, the pice overhanging will fold wround the magnet when in a curved croner so it will clean it.
For tough coraline growth in curved areas you can use a manual scraper shaped for the purpose. See link.

Or use the Mr. Clean magic eraser. There is no cleaner in the sponge it works great!

Um, couldn't you just use your hand? If it's just for the corners and stuff, it really doesn't take much time at all, especially in a nano...

I have a nimble mag cleaner. Super strong and works on the curve like a charm.
