How hardy are these guys compared to lyretails? Will they get along with lyretails or will they fight?

I keep both together with no aggression issues. They are not as hardy as Lyretails.

Mine have been like rocks. The can be tough to get eating at first but once they start eating they don't stop.

Male lyretails are pretty aggressive.Mine does a little chasing for a second, nothing harmful.I would get three so they can have a sense of safety.Mine took a day before they started eating and only accept small foods, small mysis and cyclops. The lyretails eats everything so in that respect, lyretails are somewhat more hardy.

I've had one and don't think they are as hardy as Lyretail. I've heard Bartlett's are the hardiest Anthias.

I have 5 lyretails now and want to add some different species for color. Mainly thinking about bartletts or dispars

Bartlett's have the same shape as the Dispar but are more pretty IMO because of the pink and yellow. They usually are a little more expensive than the Dispar.

I feed my Dispar fresh hatched brine shrimp for a few days (mostly because I was paranoid he wouldn't eat). He ate fine. Eats nearly everything now except large pieces of Flake food.
