Flameback Angelfish

I am curious to know if the Flameback Angelfish would be okay to be kept in an AP12..I believe that it'd be too small, but I was just wondering. The only other fish would be a small Yashia goby

The minimum tank size recommended is 30g.

I saw that was the recommended size, just wondering what opinions were...the argi is recommended that it has 30g too
