What is the best food for a small BTA?

How small are you talking about?

You could do a small cut piece of scallop or squid soaked in vitamins or small piece of silverside or cocktail shrimp.

I would say about two inches across. What kind of vitamins? Do they benefit from garlic? Thanks for the help.

I use Vita-Chem it contains vitamins and stuff or you can use Selcon like Tyler says. Some people soak the food in garlic but I dont think it matters for an anemone.

cut the stuff very small...if you need to feed two pieces, or daily, you can. too large will be much harder on him to eat. some people like feeding theirs clam, and some people are against calling clam food when they may introduce live clams later!

i bought a bag of korean fresh seafood buffet (no preservatives) and blended it until it was very small, then we portioned and froze it. we break out small pieces whenever we want treats for the tank.

I feed both of mine a variety of foods including Formula1, Prime reef, silversides, mysis, and occasionally a nice fat piece of sushi grade tuna.

My RBTA didn't take mysis, so far it's only eaten silversides. Then again, I haven't had it very long.
